Appointment Policy:

Please note: We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold
your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked--unless we hear otherwise--we'll expect you to be
there. 'Skipped' appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.

To secure your appointment, we will request a credit card number to be on file or gift certificate number; however you
may pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card.

**Your time is valuable as is mine and I continually strive to serve you better. Each service is scheduled for an allotted
amount of time to assure you the best possible treatment.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete a consultation card.
Being on time for your appointment is critical so you receive the full benefit of your treatment.

If you arrive late, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled patient.
The fee will remain the same.

Cancellations / Rescheduling: To ensure that we provide the best service possible, cancellations must be received 48
hours prior to your appointment time.

Late Cancellations: Late cancellations at the time of the your appointment or 4 hours before your schedule
appointment will be considerer's a “no show”. Fee of a 100% will be added on your service.

No Show Policy: A “no show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it by 48 hours in advance. No-
shows inconvenience those individuals who need a service in a timely manner
Fee of a full service will be applying one a next schedule appointment.

I realize that late arrivals and cancellations sometimes cannot be helped. Late arrivals will receive the best possible
service in the remainder of their allotted time.*I require a-hour notice of cancellation for all appointments.

Failure to notify my studio may result in a charge for 100 % the amount of the cost of the procedure scheduled.

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment I require that you call 48 hours in advance.
Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access
to timely service.
